GET

Computes a weather forecast for a single location. For each requested element the values are returned for the full model horizon: every timestep we have available, from the current model run onwards. This is the stationary variant of the route endpoint: no waypoints, no vessel speed, no timing parameters and no interpolation between positions. Use it for a vessel at anchor or in port, a fixed installation, or any single point of interest. Shipping Route Forecast

GET

Computes a time-synchronised weather forecast along a route. The given waypoints are supplemented with interpolated positions at every model timestep . For each requested element the value is fetched at the location and the moment the vessel is there. Timing There are two ways to determine when the vessel is at each waypoint: 1. `times`: provide an arrival time per waypoint. The route is used exactly as given. 2. `start` + `speeds`: provide a departure time and one or more speeds, and the arrival times are calculated for you. If `times` is provided, `start` and `speeds` are ignored. Speeds Provide one speed and it will be used for the whole journey, or provide an array of speeds and then that speed will be used from that waypoint onwards.
